Once you become a registered customer, your package can be tracked via our website. You will be notified via email once your package is available for pickup. Once notified, you may call to arrange pickup of your package(s) or schedule a delivery. Wait time on all package(s), commences when the item arrives at our Miami warehouse and not when the item is shipped from the seller. Failure to provide an invoice will result in delays in customs clearance.

Without an invoice your items will be valued at a market price determined by the customs department or your items may be withheld at our Miami warehouse until the ORIGINAL invoices are submitted. The invoice must clearly state, the seller, the description of the item as well as the quantity purchased, and the price. Email all invoices to shipwithexxquzit@gmail.com.

The minimum charge is J$800 for any package(s) sent by ocean once the calculated duties fall below J$800. Freight charges will be applied to items above 1 cube (12” x 12” x 12”).

We are not responsible for any package(s) alleged to be lost if you fail to provide tracking information. The tracking information must be from the shipper which identifies the product along with the corresponding tracking number. If you make a purchase and the incorrect item is shipped, you are solely responsible to return the item if you so desire.

It’s your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping information is submitted to the seller(s) when making a purchase(s). Your shipping address can be found on your "My Account" page on our website. Please ensure Exxquzit is in your name e.g. John Exxquzit Brown.

Exxquzit Shipping will not be held responsible for any delays because of incorrect shipping details submitted. Exxquzit Shipping strives to deliver packages in our care on a timely basis, please be aware the possibility exists that shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as shipping delays, delayed customs clearance, etc. Any loss of use, revenue, etc. will not be borne by Exxquzit Shipping as this is outside of our control.

Customers who fail to collect packages two weeks after notification by Exxquzit Shipping Limited attract a daily cost of $50 until pickup is made. Items left over thirty (30) days will be auctioned.
The customs act prevents the importation of specific items without the requisite import license. These items should not be shipped via Exxquzit. Failure to comply will lead to the seizure of package(s), $ penalty breaches, and or prosecution. Exxquzit Shipping will not be held responsible for any such breach and the consequences thereof and will comply will law enforcement if summoned to do so.
Exxquzit Shipping will not be held liable for any item(s) shipped by unregistered customers.
Exxquizit Shipping will not be held responsible and will not refund or replace orders left outside our warehouse after closing hours by Wal-Mart Grocery/Walmart.com, Amazon Fresh/Grocery, or any other seller. Exxquzit Shipping does not accept Wal-Mart Grocery orders and will not be held responsible for mislabelled or missing packages from Wal-Mart Grocery.
Customers are asked to pay keen attention to the instructions for each address; orders that are heavy and over $50 USD should be sent to our ocean address only. Orders that are below $50 and under 5 lbs USD should be sent to an air address only. Orders exceeding $50 USD sent by air will be charged 35% duty plus the weight charge.
